- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 11, 2019, by LT McDadeI placed and order through Amazon with this company and in the week following my order I made three phone calls and sent an email to this company to confirm that I ordered what I needed, and to explain to them what I wanted. I never received a reply and the day of the install I got a call from the tech saying that he was in an accident and would come the following day. I explained to him what I wanted and he stated that it would not be a problem. Day two, the tech shows up an hour late and tells me that he cannot do the install because he doesn't have the proper tools and equipment - REALLY! My rating reflects the poor communication and customer service, I have no idea of the quality of work they do. I cancelled my order!
