  On 11/7/2017 my husband and I purchased a refrigerator and a freezer from your store. The salesperson EG13N8 was getting ready to go to lunch but delayed that to help us! She found the refrigerator we wanted which was to be delivered and even got the freezer brought to the front of the store before she left for lunch. I would rate her as 5 stars since she gave outstanding customer service. However when the refrigerator was delivered, instead of taking the doors off, the two guys scratched the door in three different places while trying to get it through the door. One of the guys said he reported it and LG will come out and replace the door. We waited over a week to see if we would be notified that the door was ordered. Since we did not hear anything my husband started calling the store to see if a door had in fact been ordered. After a few days of run arounds, of promised phone calls my husband called a store manager, Patrick. He took care of the issue right away and the door was replaced within two days. Your store has some great employees, always willing to assist, however customer service doesn’t stop at the end of the sale!
